I believe people are put in your life for a reason. I'll be 50 this year and instead of making resolutions, I made a promise to myself to take control of my health. I honestly didn't know where or how I was going to do this, I just knew it had to be done. By God's will I met Marvin. He's a great personal trainer. He gives you an assessment to discover your needs, as well as a meal plan. It's been a month and I can tell you I definitely feel a difference. I cant wait to see my end results! He is very professional. I highly recommend him if you're looking to feel better and get healthy.

Marvin is great! He is very friendly, supportive and professional.  He suggests exercise routines that are individualized and challenging, but not more than you can handle. Marvin also provides a personalized meal plan that ensure that clients are set up for success to achieve maximum results. I highly recommend him!

20 years old, 6'1, 380 lbs. That's how much I weighed in October of this year. One morning I woke up for work and was getting ready and I saw my body in the mirror. Now I've never had body image issues but I looked in the mirror and broke down. I told myself "Something's gotta give Jordan you're gonna die." Lot's of people had told me that, but this was the first time I finally acknowledged it. I knew I had let it get out of control and I needed some help, and the first person I thought of who could help me was Marvin. I had used Marvin before about 6 years ago for football conditioning and even then the results were great. My favorite thing about Marvin is his passion for fitness and the personal joy he gets from helping us achieve our goals. When I work with Marvin or talk to him about the process I feel like he is totally invested in helping me get to a place that I want to be. Marvin's workouts are hard They'll kick your ass! There have been times where I wanted to quit because of how intense they are, but he stands behind me and refuses to let me throw in the towel, and when I'm feeling burned out he'll remind me that there is always a method to his madness and he was right. Here we are at the end of 2017 and I just weighted in a 364 lbs. It takes a long time for us to find out how miserable we truly are, and it takes even longer to realize that it doesn't have to be that way. Only you can make that first step in becoming the best possible version of you, and thanks to Marvin, I'm finally making that step.
